Praying Mantis
Nannup, Western Australia
I saw this during a little walk on the outskirts of Nannup. The praying mantis has got hold of a bee (I think), that was presumably collecting nectar from (and maybe pollinating) this Xanthorea flower spike. A little chunk of the ecosystem doing it's thing right before your eyes. |
